This subdivision is located
next to the small town of Chemuyil just off of highway 307.
Coming from Playa Del Carmen (from Sam's Club) it is just
under 30 minutes driving South on 307. The first right hand
turn past the stoplight for Chemuyil is the entrance to the
subdivision. It is about 10 minutes North of Tulum. About
2 minutes before you get to Xel-Ha coming from Playa. Below
